The individual selected for this opportunity will be an HR business partner to our hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
Responsibilities include:
recruiting/sourcing candidates, recruiting coordination (scheduling, reference checks, travel arrangements, etc.
), assistance with employee onboarding/employee engagement programs, benefits and wellness support and coordination of special projects.
Full life cycle recruiting experience - initial outreach through offer/onboarding.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently Strategic thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions Trustworthy:

Qualifications:

years of experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting ; Previous experience recruiting for the A/E/C industry a strong plus; Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills; HRIS experience strongly preferred (UKG/UltiPro); Strong technology skills (MS Office, Applicant Tracking, and LinkedIn Recruiter); Why Little:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
